Practices Begin
Our practices will begin the evening of June 2. We will practice Monday through Thursday until school is out. We will not hold practices on Friday evenings.

- 6:30 - 7:30 PM - Swimmers 11 and over
- 9:00 - 10:00 A.M. - Swimmers 11 and over

Intramural Swim Meets
We will hold two
'unofficial' swim meets between the Massad and Spotsylvania YMCA teams.
These meets are meant to give more opportunities to our large
number of 8 and under swimmers to compete. Results of these
meets will not count in RSL standings.
